Website delivery and security
When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data required to deliver and secure the service. This can include the IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, referrer and browser information. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website. Server logs are retained only for as long as required for operation, security and applicable legal obligations.
Licence search and offer data
The GB licence search runs in the browser against a public data file and does not submit the search term to JackpotCasher. The German comparison requests published, verified offer records from our Supabase data endpoint. During this technical request, connection data such as the IP address may be processed by the infrastructure provider. The website does not create a user account or gambling profile.
Cookies and analytics
JackpotCasher currently uses no advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies. If this changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before the service is activated.
Email contact
If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details to answer the request and, where necessary, retain the correspondence for legal or security purposes. The legal basis depends on the request and can include steps prior to a contract, compliance with a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in responding.
